2024 Youth Indian Police Academy:
The Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Indian
Education are hosting the second annual Youth Indian
Police Academy for high school students held at the
Riverside Indian School. Students will leave the
program with an understanding of community policing,
which is focused on providing encouragement,
hope, inspiration, and mentorship for participants.

☄️Hinton Elementary☄️We concluded 3rd and 4th grade testing with ice cream and cookies provided by Hinton Elementary PTO. Thank you for doing this for our students!!
We also held a kids tablet giveaway for our 3rd and 4th grade students. Each day of testing the students had the opportunity to earn 3 tickets to put into the drawing. The 3 reasons were: arriving on time, using their scratch paper to work problems and showing excellent behavior by being courteous and respectful. The winners of the drawing were: 3rd grade-Mesa Walden and 4th grade-Brynn Wright. Congratulations to these students!!
☄️Hinton Elementary☄️We celebrated our students during Friday's (5/3) morning assembly! Zachary Barker and Cannon Pettyjohn joined the 25 AR points club. Benjamin Anderson, Bentley Gooch, Jessie James, Annalee Grisham, Lincoln Nulik, Rhett Smith, Brody VanBuskirk, Jewel Vice, and Lucy Stiner joined the 50 AR points club. Braxton Homier, Katilyn Fasnacht, Kyle Gilbreath, and Bodie Walsh joined the 75 AR points club. Izzy Pendleton joined the 125 AR points club. The Marvin Reader winner was Mrs. Doyle's class, IXL top class was Mrs. Christain's class and Top Reflex Math was Mrs. Arrington's class. Congratulations to these students and teachers!
