The staff went on a duck hunt today. There were 100 mini ducks hidden throughout the school and the one who found the most by the end of the day won a prize. Congratulations to Mrs. Arrington! She found 30 ducks! 👏🏻👏🏻

☄️Hinton High School☄️Candi Miller was a guest speaker in our High School Careers class today. She shared about her career as a Court Reporter. Did you know that you don't have to obtain a college degree to become a Court Reporter? This career requires completion of a training program and a test to become certified. This career is in high demand throughout our state. Students enjoyed an interesting lesson about what is required to be a Court Reporter and got to see Candi in action as she demonstrated how her stenography machine and reporting software works. Students learned about all of the different areas a stenographer can work, specifically in the legal field. It was a great presentation, enjoyed by all!
