Senior Baccalaureate is tonight @ 7pm in the Dome. Seniors need to be in the old gym by 6:30 in their cap and gown.
Tomorrow is the 1st Annual Hinton Elementary Color Run!
Just a few details for tomorrow to answer some of the questions that have come through:
-Please meet at the Hinton elementary multipurpose parking lot. We will start and finish there.
-There will be a table to pick up your tshirt/color there for those who purchased these.
-The course will be marked as well as led by a scooter (5k) and bike (mile).
-Although it’s called a Color Run, walking is definitely acceptable! Walk as much as you’d like!
-We start at 8:30 so arrive a bit early!
-if you were late to sign up, you can pay before the race and still be a part of the fun!

These high school students qualified at Regionals for the State Track Meet. Damian Gomez qualified for the high jump, Hope Barnett qualified in the 3200 and Sharity Entz qualified in the 400. Congratulations and good luck!!
☄️Hinton Middle School☄️ Mrs. New’s 7th grade Social Studies classes are completing their last project of the year by creating their own country. Some created an all new country while others took over an existing country by force and restructured it. Each student created a physical salt dough map, flag and slide show for their project. They had to include its history, government, cultural traits, imports & exports. This project highlighted Geographic knowledge and creativity!
☄️Hinton Middle School☄️ A CSI Microscope Lab- Students are to compare a group of prepared slides with different residues on them to determine which student took the costume home.
☄️Hinton Middle School☄️ 7th graders conducted Urinalysis testing to detect various conditions! 🧪👩🏼🔬
☄️Hinton Elementary☄️Due to the current weather forecast for Tuesday, May 6th, Little Olympics has been canceled for tomorrow. It will NOT be rescheduled.
☄️Hinton Elementary☄️The students had fun this morning looking for 100 pictures of Mrs. Vowell hidden around our school! Prizes were given for each picture found!
